Spaces Overview
We have several versatile spaces which can be adapted to your specific needs.
They are tastefully decorated in their own right but we welcome your own themes
and branding requests, and are happy to help you arrange this as required. Here’s
the rundown on the different rooms we have available:

VIP 1 is a large, very private space on our plaza level which holds up to 60 people in a cocktail setting. It is accessed direct from the outside plaza area via its own private entry, Door A. We can even roll out the red carpet if you wish!
This spacious suite has a large bar and catering area with plenty of space for buffet tables if required. Bar leaners and stools make for cosy social seating for your guests, and there’s also a comfy lounging area complete with 42-inch plasma TV and DVD player for those who prefer to show a movie, or perhaps music videos. The in-room sound system can play radio or CDs from our central system, or you can bring in your own MP3 player to plug in, and set the mood for your clients.
A private bathroom within the suite ensures that guests never need leave the confines of your area until it’s show time, but additional bathroom facilities are located close by if required. This suite also offers the closest access to the building’s elevator, for easy access to and from your seats.

VIP 2 & VIP 3 are our two smaller rooms, one on either side of the plaza level, and they are directly accessed from the foyer. Use of either of these suites includes private, pre-show meet-andgreet entry through Door B on our front plaza. Each of these intimate spaces holds 25 people for cocktails, creating a perfect atmosphere for a smaller group. Both rooms feature a private bathroom and \large bar/catering area. There are bar leaners as well as a sofa and chairs set up close to the 42-inch plaza TV and DVD player. A stereo system is available for radio, CD, or MP3 play.
The Bistro Balcony Suite is found on the second level of our Bistro Arena restaurant, and it can be accessed from within the Bistro or from a dedicated entrance on Level 2. (Private, pre-show meetand-greet entry at Door B brings guests up to the room). Floor to ceiling windows on three sides offer dramatic urban and city skyline views and there is a great outdoor balcony area where smoking is allowed. As well as bar leaners, there are lots of comfy couches for guests, and a dedicated bar and kitchen area, private bathrooms and music system to ensure they need not leave the room until show time. The Balcony Suite can be used as a private room even when the Bistro Arena is in operation, as the staircase, a velvet rope and guard ensure privacy for your guests and physically separate the area from the bustle downstairs. This large, airy space is perfect for larger groups, holding up to 100 people comfortably.
Media Suite 1 & 2
Please click here for a floor plan of our media suites
The Media Suites are found towards the back of house area of the upstairs level. Each room holds up to 40 guests, but the two rooms can also be opened up to create a large space for 80. There are 42-inch plasma TVs and stereo systems in place and a mix of bar tables and stools and lounge style couch/chair areas. Each suite has two private bathrooms. The unique location of these suites gives guests a great VIP, “backstage” feel as they are escorted along the mezzanine area above the stage to get there. However, due to their location, they are not available for every event at Vector Arena, with access being dependent on the nature of the setup for each specific show. Please ask about their availability at the time of your enquiry.
