Getting to Vector Arena

Vector Arena is located in Mahuhu Cres on the edge of the CBD. It is both accessible and highly visible from Beach Rd and Quay St and within easy reach of public transport, hotels, restaurants and is on the tourist circuit. There are approximately 4000 hotel rooms within 2km of the site.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS

→ BUS:
Britomart station is a short ten minute walk from the Arena and is on all major bus routes – including the free City Circuit Bus.
Stairs and an entrance at the eastern end of the Britomart platform will bring patrons out onto a walk way that will take them to Britomart Place. There will be clear signage with directions from Britomart to Vector Arena.

Alternatively the Beach Rd stop on the Link Bus Route is approximately 100m from the Arena. The Link runs continuously 7-days a week.

→ TRAIN:
Rail access to the Vector Arena will be via Britomart station.

→ FERRY:
The Downtown ferry terminal is a ten minute walk away and Quay St and Beach Rd have been upgraded making this walk safe and pleasant.

PUBLIC PARKING
Vector Arena has no public parking however for those who choose to drive there are 7000 carparks within a 1.2km distance of the Arena.
Visit www.aucklandcity.govt.nz/parking for carpark locations, or see the Car parking, Pedestrian and Transport Options Map. Alternatively there are numerous public transport options available.

PARKING FOR MOBILITY
Disability carparking can be reserved upon purchase of a ticket to an event at the Vector Arena, alternatively there is a drop-off zone along Mahuhu Cres for those displaying valid mobility documentation. Click here for more information on how we can cater to Special Needs.

COACH DROP-OFF AND PARKING
There is limited coach/bus parking for each event at Vector Arena at a cost of $40 per coach. Parking spaces need to be booked in advance, for further information please contact us on info@vectorarena.co.nz or ph 09 358 1250.

Drop off and pickup points are located on Quay Street (indicated on the Getting to Vector Arena Map above). Coaches/buses will be directed to a marshaled area for parking in vicinity of Vector Arena.
