Private Suites - Exclusive VIP Hospitality - Minimum of 20

Whether you want to impress those esteemed clients or honour your hardworking staff, our VIP Hospitality packages offer a unique way to experience the wide variety of events held here at Vector Arena.

Arriving at Vector Arena, your group will receive VIP entry to the event and be escorted to your own intimate, private lounge, where mood lighting and music will transport you away from the hustle and bustle outside. For up to two hours prior to the show, you’ll enjoy complimentary food selected from our gourmet menus, accompanied by top NZ wines and import beers from our Platinum beverage menu.

Your personal hosting staff will be on hand to make sure everyone feels like a star, giving you plenty of notice as to show timings and ushering you to your top-of-the-line seats whenever you wish. Your suite remains open until the main act takes the stage, so you may linger till then or leave and return during intermission if you desire. Souvenir programmes will provide your group with a fantastic souvenir of the night.

The Green Room Lounge

Want to treat someone special? Really impress that hot date? We’ve got you covered. Welcome to the Green Room Lounge, the perfect place to take your visit to Vector Arena to the next level of luxury.

Available at selected events, this really is the ultimate show experience.

You might be a group of superfans who want to make seeing your idol even more memorable. Perhaps you’re the staff of a small business marking a great quarter, or a bunch of friends out to celebrate a special occasion.

Whatever your reason for indulging, you’re going to be very glad you did.

Arriving at Vector Arena, you’ll receive exclusive VIP admission to the venue. From there, you’ll be ushered into the intimate surrounds of our private lounge where soft lighting, cool music and your dedicated Green Room host will greet you.

After winding down with your free welcome drink, you’ll spend up to two hours enjoying the chilled atmosphere while nibbling on fabulous complimentary food from our gourmet menu and premium beverages from the cash bar. You'll be given plenty of notice of event timings, and you can take your seat (one of the best in the house, naturally) whenever you wish.

You’ll be welcome to return to the lounge during intermission, or alternatively, you can use your Green Room pass for fast-track service at our VIP cash bar in the venue. The Green Room Lounge remains open until the main act takes the stage, but don’t leave it without scoring your exclusive bonus gift, a wonderful souvenir of a great night out.

This is the closest car park to the Vector Arena Plaza and is just a short walk away.
